Terms & Conditions — pkluky Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkluky ("pkluky", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pkluky.app. By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any feature of the pkluky platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

pkluky reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact email associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any revision, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

To register and maintain an account with pkluky, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You have not previously been excluded from the pkluky platform or any affiliated platform for violation of our Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any other reason.
• You are not a person diagnosed with or receiving treatment for problem gambling, and you have not voluntarily self-excluded from any gambling platform.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles pkluky to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice.

pkluky reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage using Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be asked to provide copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or documentation confirming ownership of your payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

pkluky supports deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected Visa and Mastercard channels where available. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification tier and the payment method selected.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pkluky does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If pkluky determines that a deposit has been made from a payment source not belonging to the account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the associated funds held pending investigation.

• Deposits are credited to your pkluky account balance in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).
• pkluky does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposit transactions are processed in real time for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• pkluky reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you are obligated to notify pkluky immediately. pkluky reserves the right to recover any erroneously credited funds at any time, including by deducting them from your available balance or any pending withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via your pkluky account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used to make a successful deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to you during the KYC process.

pkluky targets a withdrawal processing time of 60 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for other methods or accounts with pending verification requirements may be longer. pkluky is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider or mobile wallet operator.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. pkluky reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where there is an outstanding wagering requirement attached to bonus funds included in the withdrawal amount.
• If a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated by you or your payment provider, pkluky reserves the right to suspend your account immediately and recover any associated funds.
• pkluky is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect payment details supplied by the player at the time of withdrawal.

pkluky offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pkluky promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms and must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may only be used in the games and categories specified in the offer terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward the bonus requirement.
• pkluky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

pkluky's VIP loyalty programme operates on a tiered points-based system. VIP status and associated rewards are at the sole discretion of pkluky and may be revised at any time. VIP benefits do not constitute a contractual entitlement and may be removed if a player's account activity falls below the threshold for a given tier.

By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkluky platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pkluky platform without the prior written consent of pkluky.

Game content and software provided by third-party game studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is used on the pkluky platform under licence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkluky shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the pkluky platform, including but not limited to:

pkluky's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may request closure of your pkluky account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

pkluky reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating duplicate accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Threatening, abusive, or offensive conduct directed at pkluky staff or other players.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Any regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement that necessitates account closure.

In cases of account closure due to suspected fraud or Terms violation, pkluky reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

pkluky will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. pkluky aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full response within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal procedure to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter through any applicable external dispute resolution mechanism available in your jurisdiction. pkluky will cooperate fully with any such process.

• Language: These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
